Marc Pizzoferrato is a Denver native who has been in the construction industry since 1998. Throughout his career, Marc has collaborated with industry leaders and partners in the high end residential home building market and has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of buyers and home owners to build them their dream home. His ability to visualize the creative remodel, or the investment potential of a vacant piece of land along with his in-depth experience and knowledge of the residential market allows him to deliver custom work that not only impress his clients but also the neighbors or community and City boards where he builds. Traveling the world for design inspiration and building advances helps him to focus on unique timeless style for his clients homes that standout for years to come. His true passion is new developments, being able to drive the process from dirt to delivery, from rendering to move in and in 2015 he launched ROC Developments Inc with is wife and he is grateful he gets to do what he loves everyday. His wife Gabrielle Stewart is a Real estate Broker with a keen eye for design and an innate understanding of the construction industry. Growing up in the developer -designer world back in Europe her experience and passion for home building and the real estate market made her a natural addition to the team and propelled the launch of ROC Developments Inc. Her creativity and style is evident in the design of each project and as a real estate agent she collaborates through the entire process. As a team they have continued to expand their many key relationships with architects, engineers and sub-contractors to assemble the perfect team for each project. Marc and Gabrielle find great joy working with their clients, walking them through the many decision making phases, while managing the whole process from initial design to handing over the keys.
A passion for creating spaces that can be functional year round, their signature design incorporates indoor-outdoor rooms from courtyards to rooftop decks. With each new home, they work with clients to create one-of-a-kind rooms or pieces, specifically tailored to their lifestyle and taste.
They enjoy spending time with their 2 children and traveling the world, always searching for new ideas and inspiration. Outside of family, Marc enjoys a competitive round of golf and Gabrielle can be found on the tennis court.
